Victorian Cosmetics
In February 2015, I presented a program for the Southeastern ALHFAM convention at the Burritt Museum in Huntsville, AL entitled Victorian Vanities, where I discussed cosmetics and their uses from 1850 to 1900. On this page, you can find links to some of the information I shared with the group, as well as tutorials and pictures of many of the cosmetics that I recreated based on period recipes.
