It outlines how to remove the pressure bar. If are positive you have loosened / removed all the screws and bit holding it in and it still won't budge, look for rust or anything else that might be locking it in place. Try some liquid wrench, let it soak and see what happens. I think I also used denatured alcohol on some of the metal parts because it really cut through the old oil, just be sure to keep it away from the painted areas unless you want to strip the shellac/varnish and remove the color from any decals.
